I’m going to show you step-by-step instructions on how to get this done in a jiffy!

1. On your SMART mobile device, open your App Store and search for Wild Apricot for Members

   Click on the blue button. My blue button says Open, yours will say GET.
   
   
   

2. It is time to log into the Wild Apricot for members app.

   Use your email and password that you use for armstrongbradfield.com.
   
   Should you not remember the password, you may experience a bit of irritation. I’ve got you covered!
   
   * Visit armstrongbradfield.com – click login – select forgot password
   
   Did you make it through the login screen? Yay!! Move on to step 3.

3. Let’s review the features for the Wild Apricot for members app.
   
   You should have 4 different tabs. Feel free to go exploring on your own or keep reading to learn the different functionalities of each tab!
   
   

   
   
   Members
   
   The Members tab is the new directory spot. You can scroll through the list of members or search for a member by their first or last name. Tap on the member to view their contact information, spouse and kid info, address, and designated elementary. Through the Members tab, you can click to email them directly from the app. To call them, you will need to hold your finger over their phone number to activate the copy/paste feature, then select your phone app and paste their number to call them. To send text messages, you will need to hold your finger over their phone number to activate the copy/paste feature, open your message app, click on the new message icon, and paste the number to send them a text.
   
   Events
   
   The events tab will tell you all about the upcoming events both in-person and virtual. You can get more detail about the events by tapping on the event. A new page will pop up displaying the date, time, location, registration required or not required, how many spots are available, waitlist option, and the add to calendar feature. If you want to know more about the event, select the Info tab. This is my favorite feature!
   
   You can register and pay for the event in this tab and add the event to your calendar.
   
   Told you earlier, game changer!
   
   My tickets
   
   The My tickets tab will list all your events that you have chosen to attend including past and present events. You can also add the event to your calendar through the add to calendar feature. You can also select the info button for a quick refresher about the event.
   
   My profile
   
   The My profile tab will show you what others will see when they search for you on the Members tab. You can edit your profile by tapping the 3 dots in the blue button and tapping the edit profile. You can also log out of wild apricot through the 3 dots in the blue button section.
